• Maintaining appropriate contact information for event attendees

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• Remain inactive for an extended period

4. Organizations

4.1 Organization Registration

When registering an organization, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to register the organization
• The organization is a legitimate community, religious, cultural, or non-profit organization
• All information provided about the organization is accurate and not misleading

4.2 Organization Content

Organizations are responsible for all content they publish, including:

• Organization profiles and descriptions
• Event listings and details
• Images and media
• Communications with followers and attendees

5. Events and RSVPs

5.1 Event Creation

When creating events, organizers must:

• Provide accurate event details including date, time, and location
• Clearly state any costs, requirements, or restrictions
• Update or cancel events in a timely manner if circumstances change
• Comply with all applicable local laws and venue requirements

5.2 RSVP Terms

When RSVPing to events, attendees agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Update or cancel RSVPs if they cannot attend
• Receive confirmation and reminder emails related to the event
• Follow any event-specific rules set by the organizer

6. Email Notifications and Followers

By following an organization or RSVPing to events, you consent to receive:

• Event announcements from followed organizations
• RSVP confirmations and event reminders
• Important updates about events you've registered for

You can unsubscribe from organization notifications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or through your account settings.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Promote illegal activities or events
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Collect user data without consent
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Upload malicious code or interfere with Platform operations
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Promote discrimination or hate speech

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content created by UnitedSamaj, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

You retain ownership of content you create (organization profiles, events, etc.) but grant us a license to display and distribute this content on the Platform.

9. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of information posted by organizations
• The quality, safety, or legality of events
• Uninterrupted or error-free Platform operation
• That all organizations or events are legitimate

10. Limitation of Liability

UnitedSamaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any events attended through the Platform
• Conduct of other users or organizations
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Content posted by third parties

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UnitedSamaj and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Platform
• Content you post on the Platform
• Events you organize through the Platform

12. Privacy

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
